Returns

Unworn pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Bespoke commissions and engraved jewellery are final.

Write to atelier@aurelle.house and we will arrange a discreet collection. A full refund is issued once the piece has been received and inspected by the house.
